Cost of participation in the project
The cost includes:
1) all organizational works related with the exhibition arrangements;
2) the display of all in-person art works are carried out by the Org. Committee.
Pay Attention: The entry fee is paid only after the author has registered (i.e. filled out an electronic form) and the Organizing Committee confirms the possibility of participating in the project!
NB: The price is indicated for one art object with an exhibition period of 2 weeks.

All participants are publishedin a full-color catalogue "ART WORLD OF ASIA"
The catalogue size: А4.
The catalogue will be published in Russian and English.
Approximate publication dates: within 1 month after the end of the exhibition.

Additional Payment for Storage
In-person authors receive their works from the exhibition immediately after the end of the winners' announcement ceremony (October 19, 2024, 5 p.m. - 8 p.m.). The author can also pick up his/her works the next day, October 20, 2024, from 12:00 to 4 p.m.
The participants who ordered a baguette or foam board for the exhibition can pick them up free of charge on the day of the announcement of the winners on October 19, 2024 (5 p.m.- 8 p.m.) or on October 20, 2024 (12:00-4 p.m.). For works that will remain in the gallery after Sunday, a storage fee of 100 rubles / day is provided.
The authors will be charged R100 per day for the works that left at the gallery storage.
