PRE-SELECTION

The author independently decides in which nomination his work will be presented. The Organizing Committee conducts a preview of the works based on the submitted photographic images. All works registered within the specified time frame and confirmed by the organizing committee will be exhibited at the exhibition and participate in the competition program, with the exception of:
a) works that violate social norms accepted in the Russian Federation.;
b) political topics;
c) works that offend religious feelings and personality.
The decision of the Organizing Committee regarding the above exceptions is final and is not subject to discussion.

A popular place in Moscow

All works are exhibited in Moscow's popular art space, the ART COMMUNE Center for Contemporary Arts and Gallery (Moscow, Kievskaya St., 2, 4th floor of the Kievsky Shopping Center).

EXPOSURE METHODS:

1) FULL-TIME PARTICIPATION:
   a) Original works on the wall or podium;
   b) Author's giclee on the wall;
2) CORRESPONDENCE PARTICIPATION (in the form of photocopies):
The Organizing Committee prints out the submitted files and places them at the exhibition as follows:
- in an art book (A3);
- in a 40*60 cm frame.:
- on canvas on a stretcher (A2, A1, A0 formats);
- on foam board (A2, A1 formats, A0). 
(at the end of the exhibition, the author is given canvas and foam board for free, storage for 1 week).

Expert Council / Jury

The contest entries are evaluated by representatives of the esoteric communities of India, Russia and foreign countries, well-known masters, art historians and cultural scientists, whose professional interest includes the study of issues of consciousness, being, secret signs and symbols, cultural traditions of the East and Asia.
All the works presented at the exhibition participate in the competition program and are evaluated by the above-mentioned audience.

Sales at the exhibition

Full-time and part-time works can be sold during the exhibition.

Full-time works (originals, giclees): All works submitted for the project can be sold at the price indicated by the author during registration.

Correspondence works, photocopies: If clients wish to purchase works submitted in correspondence, the author must be able to provide the original work within 5 working days. 

COMMISSION OF THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE

The commission for the works sold at the exhibition is 20%. The commission is charged for the sale of works during the exhibition period, that is, the Organizing Committee withholds the commission only if the work is sold during the exhibition period.

COPYRIGHT MARKS AND SIGNATURES

A signature, seal or any other identification mark of authorship is allowed anywhere on the photograph. Subsequently, the competition images are published with the author's distinctive marks. Inscriptions with the names of art objects on the front side are not allowed.

AUTHOR'S CONSENT TO NEWSLETTER
By participating in the "Light of Asia" project, the Author agrees to include his phone number and email in free newsletters notifying about the implementation of this project in Russia and abroad.
If the Author does not want to implement this free service, the Author must notify the Organizing Committee about this in any of the following ways:
a) by sending a request to exclude his phone number and/or email to the email address of the Organizing Committee (indicated on the website in the "Contacts" section)
b) by sending an SMS request to exclude his phone number and/or email to a mobile phone: +7-925-0223303.

Promo and advertising

USE OF PHOTO IMAGES OF COMPETITION WORKS AND THE NAME OF THE AUTHOR
Copyright and all other rights remain with the artist. In the event that art objects are submitted to the competition by the author's representative (producer), responsibility for authorship lies with the applicant. The Organizing Committee has the right to use the name (pseudonym) and photographic images of the art objects participating in the competition and exhibition for the purpose of advertising and popularization of the International projects organized by the World Arts Foundation, and for non-commercial use as an illustration and publication in the media. All participants understand that any image submitted to the competition may be used by the project for marketing and advertising purposes, including non-commercial publication in any media, such as exhibitions, print and digital media. By participating in the competition, the author (applicant) agrees to the inclusion of the author's photographs, art objects and labels in the exhibition catalog. The Organizing Committee shall not be held liable for art objects and their photographs provided in violation of the competition rules or for those who violate copyright, since in this case the person submitting an application for participation in the competition program (the applicant) shall be held liable.

Tecnique information

Acceptance of in-person works for the exhibition

Submission of works on the day of the exhibition formation:

Submission of in-person works for the exhibition: May 17, 2025, 12:00-15:00. Address: Moscow, Kievskaya St., 2, 4-1st floor of the Kievsky Shopping Mall, Art-Communa Gallery.

Preliminary submission of works for out-of-town authors:

Out-of-town authors have the opportunity to send their works by Russian Post or any other transport company to the address: Moscow, Kievskaya St., 2, 4-1st floor of the Kievsky Shopping Mall.
Submission time: 10:00-18:00,
Dates: May 10-16, 2025

Issuance of personal works from the exhibition

The works will be issued after the announcement of the winners: May 24, 2025, from 18:00 to 20:00.
If the author is unable to pick up the works on the specified days (on the day when the winners are announced), the Organizing Committee will send the works for storage (cost of storing the works: 200 rubles / day, starting from the day after the announcement of the winners.

For out-of-town authors: The Organizing Committee will issue the works to a courier arranged by the author
